After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This contains the items you have ordered and the total amount of all costs, including shipping costs.

If you choose payment option, you will automatically be transferred to your own bank (ABN Amro, ASN bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS bank, Triodos bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers).

If you pay by bank transfer, this payment must be credited to the bank number of Brein Builder) within 7 days after the order date. Brein Builder reserves the items you ordered during these 7 days. If Brein Builder has not received payment within this period, the items will be put back on sale and the order will be cancelled.
– Klarna – Pay Later
With Klarna, you only pay when you’ve recieved the products at home. The payment term is 30 days and starts when we ship the order. You will receive an email from Klarna about this.

DELIVERY
The products we offer on our website can usually be delivered within three working days after receipt of payment. If the delivery of products will take longer than five working days, we will contact you.
For shipments we use the services of PostNL and DHL.

Shipping subsidy of €5 for a minimum order of €150 for orders within the EU.

Delivery of parcel post to a different address and delivery day
You can also have your order delivered to a different address, for example at your work or at the birthday child’s address. You can specify the delivery address and delivery date in the checkout screen.

We do not ship orders during the weekend and on public holidays. We will ship your order the next working day.

Shipping process
When the package arrives at the PostNL sorting center, you will receive an email with the track & trace code so you can track the shipment.
PostNL will come to the address you specified the next day (except Sunday) to deliver the package.
Are you not at home?
Then PostNL will deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, you can give PostNL a new time or different location for the delivery until 22:00 on the day of the first delivery attempt. Go to your PostNL.nl to indicate your choice. Otherwise PostNL will come to you again the next working day. If you miss PostNL twice, PostNL will store your package for a week at the nearest PostNL office.
